Calculate your daily calory needs

Shameless plug for a little tool I wrote. This form considers your base metabolic rate, your activity level and the amount and intensity of sports you do each week to calculate your daily energy needs. This can be used to effectivly lose weight, either by eating less or doing more (or more intense) sports.
